The first official month of service will start once the first Monthly Sales Audit is e-mailed to an approved contact on the account in question. Prerequisites for this service will need to include adding one of our (Phoenix United) approved e-mails to the point of contact roster for the IS/LS account in question along with providing us (Phoenix United) with the password to said account, either through a secure means of communication or via a password manager.
