1. Have an active and accessable e-mail
Before starting, you will need to have an e-mail account that you can easily access. This will be crucial for communication, and a pre-requisite for creating a PayPal account for compensations.
2. Create a PayPal account
At this time PayPal is our only method of paying commissions to our affiliates. If you have not yet created an account, please click the bellow button to do so. When creating the account, make sure it is under the same e-mail as the one you will use to correspond with us. At no time will we request your log in credentials, excluding the e-mail, and any attempt to do so should be treated as a scam or phishing attempt
3. Download, Sign, & scan the Application form
If you do not have access to a printer or a scanner, we will accept the document with an eSignature via any program used to modify PDFs.
4. Submit Your signed form
Once your application form is filled out and signed, you can submit it to us directly at admin@phoenix-united.com or by clicking the below button
5. Verify Your Invite/Log In
Upon receiving your documents and verifying your PayPal account exists we will e-mail you to confirm that your log in credentials have been created. Once this has been done, you will need to attempt to access the Affiliate Portal so that you can create your custom password for any future log in attempts.
